Your feelings won’t last forever
So why hold onto them like they will
Give all your troubles to YHWH and learn to be still
And learn to sacrifice daily so that all the world is not your fill
This world not our home
We are temporary and flimsy
Yet the here and now feels like it matters most
But it doesn’t
Change perspective
Without Yahshua, we are nothing – surrender all
And when you can no longer stand, to your knees may you fall
To realize your help comes from above
By your lonesome, you cannot carry the load
Recognize it’s not about the cards you were dealt, but that your will you would fold
Surrender is the mandate, steadfast is the mindset
On the Master above and not what’s before your eyes today, tomorrow, or otherwise
For we walk by faith and not by sight
Relying on your own strength will bring your demise
So, yourself do not despise
But may He increase, and may you be made low in your own eyes
Humility a superpower, and pride a weapon that destroys all
So, humble yourself in the eyes of YHWH, that He would be your strength
To walk in His ways
To give life to your days
To allow you to walk in peace always
That hardship – your mood it would not phase
Your mind not to be changed
To learn to be steadfast in all your ways
For He is the way, the truth, and the light
Yahshua our delight
In nothing we shall have a fright
But, in YHWH, to walk out our faith in fear and trembling
As we walk in His truths for the rest of our days
Making the tough decisions to keep YHWH number one, always
No one else deserves all of our worship and our praise
Follow Him in all of your ways
Sacrifice is not for the weak
It’s for the strong in spirit
Who have moved from the milk of the word to the meat
Eat ye daily of the provision of the word
To ensure in your life true doctrine be observed
Removing man-made tradition and accepting Yahshua’s sacrifice
It’s a daily walk
Belief alone does not suffice
